1.25lb HEX PLATEMATE (PAIR)

Step up your strength game with the 1.25 lb HEX PlateMate® (Pair), the ultimate tool for microloading on metal dumbbells. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced lifter, PlateMate® lets you gradually build strength in a safe, controlled way.

PlateMate® is a game-changer for advanced lifters, helping you break through plateaus and push your limits. These magnetic add-ons quickly attach to the ends of any iron dumbbells or stackable weight machine plates, giving you instant, secure microloading power.

Perfect for Physical Therapy
PlateMate® is also ideal for rehabilitation, allowing patients to add small increments of weight as they rebuild strength without overstressing injured muscles or tendons.

Key Features:

  • Includes: 2 Hex-shaped magnetic weights, 1.25 lbs each (2.5 lbs total)
  • Dimensions: 4.25" (10.7 cm) width, just under 1.0" (2.5 cm) thickness
  • Magnetic Design: Simply attach to your metal dumbbells and lift.

Built for Metal Dumbbells Only
Because PlateMate® uses powerful magnets, it must be in direct contact with iron or steel. It will not work on dumbbells coated with rubber, urethane, neoprene, or vinyl.

Precision & Protection:
Each PlateMate® is designed for a perfect hold on metal, while a protective coating prevents scratches on your equipment. Ideal for hex dumbbells 10 lbs and up, just snap them on, and you’re ready to lift!

Important:
Not for use with kettlebells.

Works great

Love my dumbbells but jumping 5 lbs has been stunting my progress. The platemates have allowed me to bridge the gap. Should have discovered them a long time ago
