- Returns are accepted up to 30 days after item has been received.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee may increase based on item condition upon return receipt.
- Buyer is responsible for scheduling and paying for return shipping.
- Product must be unused with all original parts/packaging.
- Buyer will not be reimbursed for original shipping costs. Although we offer free shipping on our products, we still incur outbound shipping costs.
- Refund will be initiated after product is received and inspected. Please allow 1-3 business days for refund after item is received.
- If a damaged or used item is returned, a partial refund will be applied to reflect the damage/use or missing parts.
- Exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after item has been received.
- Product must be in original packaging and re-sellable condition for the exchange to be processed.
- ONLY unused items can be accepted.
- If a used item is sent back as an exchange, a restocking charge is applied to reflect the use/damage of the item.
- Buyer is responsible for original item return shipping costs.
- Buyer is only assessed a cancellation fee if the item has shipped.
- Cancellation fees include original shipping and return shipping charges.
- We try and ship most items within 24 hours. Please let us know as soon as possible!
- Damaged goods must be noted within 3 days of item receipt.
