Dont get if you have rubber coated weights

They do not stick to rubber coated weight . They are also coated in rubber so between the two of them they don stick. (Dumbbells)
I ground off rubber on olate mate still wont stick … disappointed

Very useful for getting over that hump.

I have used all three of their differing magnetic weights over the years during my work outs. These are very useful for increasing the weight you are lifting in a gradual and safe fashion. When I was younger and doing this in the gym it was great for reaching higher levels of weight. Now that I am older and working out at home it allows me to do the same thing in a safe manner. Be safe out there!
